Hi Everyone! There are lots of new faces following the HQ and plenty of exciting things coming up, so I thought it was time to re-introduce myself!

I'm Jess, owner of RESET HQ! Thanks for tuning in to Season 2!

I love spending time with my friends and family. This is one of my core memories. Christmas with my mum and my friends. Mum insisted I had "The Irish girls" over so they could feel a little bit of home.

I completed my Cert IV in Massage Therapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy, and I then complete by Diploma of Remedial Massage with The Australian Institute of Fitness in Perth.

Upon completion I won the award "The Guardian" as voted by my peers.

I have 2 sisters - Nicola & Rachael. They are 14 and 16 years older than me. As my Mum always said to me - "You're the best mistake I ever made". (haha)

I grew up doing Irish Dancing with Kavanagh Irish Dancing Studio from the age of 6 years old.

I completed in States & National Championships and qualified for the World Championships.

My entire family is from Dublin. I was the first one born in Australia.
